These Terms & Conditions govern your use of afbdecor.com and purchases made from AFBDECOR. By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. About Our Store

AFBDECOR offers furniture, lighting, décor, and related products for retail, commercial, hospitality, and other customers. Product availability, delivery options, pricing, and promotions may vary by item and destination.

2. Website Use and Eligibility

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and images accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, natural materials, manufacturing variations, or production changes. Measurements may be approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions and confirming that products are suitable for the intended space, doorway, elevator, stairway, and access route before ordering.

4. Pricing, Currency, Taxes, and Errors

Prices, promotions, availability, and other information may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, freight, delivery, brokerage, duties, or other charges may apply depending on the order and destination. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, description, availability, or technical error, we may correct the error and, where permitted, cancel or contact you regarding the affected order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is not finally accepted until payment and order details have been successfully processed and we have confirmed that the order can be fulfilled. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, shipping limitations, pricing errors, or other fulfillment problems. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded using an appropriate method.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be performed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and verification procedures.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is not available on every product. Free shipping applies only to eligible smaller items and eligible destinations. Large, heavy, oversized, or furniture items may require parcel surcharges, freight, scheduled delivery, local delivery, or other paid delivery service. Delivery or freight charges may be displayed at checkout, quoted separately, or confirmed before fulfillment where a standard checkout rate is not available.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur because of inventory availability, weather, carrier issues, customs or border processing, remote destinations, appointment scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location. Additional charges may apply where a carrier or delivery provider incurs extra costs because of restricted access, missed appointments, address corrections, re-delivery, storage, special handling, remote service, stairs, elevators, or other delivery conditions, where permitted.

8. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is offered, pickup availability, location, timing, identification requirements, and collection instructions will be communicated with the order. Customers should not arrive for pickup until the order is confirmed as ready.

9. Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries

Please inspect delivered items and packaging as soon as reasonably possible. If an item arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, retain the packaging where practical, take photographs, note visible freight damage with the carrier when possible, and contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and available remedies.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our posted Shipping and Return Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase. Certain products, sale items, special-order items, clearance items, assembled items, or items with delivery or freight costs may be subject to additional restrictions where disclosed and permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, coupon codes, sale pricing, newsletter offers, and other discounts may have separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, quantity limits, or non-combinability rules. Unless stated otherwise, discounts do not apply retroactively to completed purchases. We may correct or withdraw a promotion where there is an error or misuse, subject to applicable law.

12. Wholesale and Commercial Orders

Wholesale, hospitality, trade, bulk, or commercial orders may be subject to separate quotations, minimum quantities, payment terms, freight arrangements, lead times, return restrictions, or other written terms.
